CUSTOM A/V LEAD INSTALLER AND PROGRAMMER
Audio Video Excellence is seeking a talented A/V Lead Installation Specialist/Installer and programmer.
This position will consist of the following and require knowledge in:
General:
The Lead Technician provides direction of technicians assigned to their project, including: assigning tasks, coaching, leading and developing Jr technical staff. Lead Techs are expected to perform the same work duties as other Techs while they are not performing other lead duties (leading, managing, organizing, or communicating with clients). Leads are responsible for fostering and adhering to company and industry standards, and quality control to meet and exceed client expectations. Leads are responsible for completion of projects or portions of projects in a timely and thorough manner, while providing leadership and technical support, as needed.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience
- Control System (Control4) installation and programming experience and certification.
- Ability to setup, test, calibrate and program equipment and devices as required to produce fully functional AV systems. This includes display systems, screens, cameras, networks, audio and video matrixes, processors, transmitters, receivers, interfaces, amplifiers, controls, and other active and passive devices.
