Here, we’ll explore one of our latest design and installation projects in Tucson, AZ. This whole-home audio system incorporated some of the highest-performing audio equipment, resulting in a stunning reproduction of sound.

Our Client’s Requests
Our client’s vision consisted of detailed music filling most of his home, including his office, the great room, and a massive kitchen and dining area. While many of our clients choose in-wall and in-ceiling speakers for their whole-home audio system, this client went for the ultimate high-fidelity sound by selecting B&W’s legendary signature 801 and 805 speakers.
The Audio Equipment
The 801 Signature flagship loudspeaker is B&W’s most advanced, meticulously crafted system. The 805 Signature stand-mount loudspeaker also features optimized technology and their well-known diamond dome tweeter.
These speakers are powered by NAD’s Master Series preamp, with dual mono amps driving the larger speakers. The Master Series integrated amp drives the smaller speakers in the office. Their Master Series looks stunning and features the first new amplifier design in over 20 years.
They embed NAD’s legendary BlueSound music streamer and DAC into their equipment, which also has an excellent phono section. We commonly recommend this line as it sounds better than most competitors’ amps, which cost two times as much. By calibrating the NAD components, our audio experts achieved exceptional sound quality in each room.
Our client selected a REGA top-of-the-line turntable to complete this awesome music system.
Future Proofed
With today’s technology, thinking ahead is essential when planning your home entertainment. In this case, we put wiring in place to provide sound to their outdoor area and other rooms, such as the primary bedroom and craft room. In the future, we plan on adding an NAD multi-zone amplifier and B&W speakers to complete these spaces.
Managing the Audio System
In this instance, the client chose to manage his new audio system from the BlueSound App, allowing him to access music from anywhere in his home. These components make it extremely easy to use and operate.
The Outcome
According to our client, they use their new audio system every day. In fact, the music never seems to stop unless they’re sleeping. Part of the draw is the access to a world of different genres at the touch of a button. They love the choice they made and recently entrusted us to design and install systems in the home of their daughter and son-in-law.
