What To Know About The New Control4 Halo Remotes
If you currently use the Control4 Neeo remote, you may consider an upgrade to the new Control4 Halo line. Halo is the next generation of Control4’s intelligent remote product and will be sure to add ease to browsing media, controlling smart devices, or selecting scenes for AV, lighting, security, and more. While it may look similar to Neeo, the Halo remotes will take the Control4 technology features a step further into the future.

- Increased Wi-Fi strength, with Halo offering three to five times more strength than Neeo.
- Voice controls that function as Siri for Apple TV or Xfinity voice for Xfinity boxes.
- A touch-design option for those who prefer touch screens versus buttons.
- Backlit buttons for easy use in the dark.
- Extended battery life to power Halo longer throughout the day.
Adjust Your Lighting to Fit Your Mood
Many studies have been done on the impact lighting can have on health and overall wellness. Using this information, Control4 will soon offer a tunable lighting feature called Vibrant Linear Lighting, allowing you to adjust a room’s lighting to fit your mood, activity, or even the time of day.
Vibrant Linear Lighting will be able to mimic natural light and support your circadian health. Using cool lighting tones during the daytime and warmer illuminations at night, you can promote higher energy levels all day and increased restfulness in the evening.
Users will have options of white, tunable white, color, or color + tunable white, allowing you to create many different lighting experiences throughout your home. In addition, Vibrant Linear Lighting will work with Control4 scenes and be activated through Halo or other smart control using a button or voice command.
